The Ten-Dollar Shake

Hey Guys and Gals

This is the first in a series of recipes that i’m gonna be doing to try and make some of our favorite foods a bit more diabetic friendly. Since I call myself a movie buff (I mean cinematic is in the title of the blog) the first entry is my take on the five-dollar shake from Pulp Fiction. mine is the ten-dollar version because of inflation and lets face it, diabetic-friendly recipes are more expensive(Because screw us right?)
